Sarah is a capacity building strategist focused on enhancing the abilities of individuals and organizations to fulfill their missions and build effective and sustainable futures. She has helped her partners to make positive changes to enrich their lives and their communities.

Sarah has more than a decade of experience developing communications and organizational development programs for a variety of nonprofits and corporations including the Central Park Conservancy, Habitat for Humanity, the USO, the Ralph Lauren Corporation, and MSNBC. Sarah is a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and holds a BA in English from Fairfield University.

  • Dr. Wangari Maathai’s work to found the Green Belt Movement and her legacy of leadership, scholarship, activism, and environmentalism.
