With over 17 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, Ryan began his journey in program coordination, fundraising, and community engagement. He has held leadership and directorial positions where he honed his expertise in developing new initiatives, orchestrating successful fundraising events, fostering community engagement and partnerships, and building robust fundraising strategies to support organizational missions.

 

Transitioning into consultancy, Ryan served as an independent Business Consultant and Coach, providing tailored solutions emphasizing fundraising strategies and operational efficiency. He later joined CDI LLC as a Business Process Consultant, collaborating with international nonprofits to drive development and fundraising efforts. Leading transformative projects, Ryan has implemented process improvements, moves management strategies, and digital integration, ensuring impactful results on a global scale.
