Isaac brings more than a decade of experience in both sales and fundraising. He has spent the last six years specifically focused on training fundraisers, leading with the belief that raising funds is about building trust to develop long-term partnerships. 

Isaac began his career in philanthropy after working in sales for a national medical service company. After 3 years, he was offered an opportunity to raise funds at HOPE International, a faith-based organization he deeply cares about. After spending 2 years as a major gift officer, Isaac was promoted to lead a team of fundraisers spread geographically across the country. Isaac has spent the last 6 years training and coaching, in addition to carrying his own giving portfolio. He continues to serve as Associate Director of Development at HOPE International, leading the team’s hiring, on-boarding, and training efforts. Isaac believes in exchanging arm twisting for deep trust, and last-minute, need-focused initiatives for long-term momentum-building campaigns. 
 

Isaac lives in Nashville, TN. with his wife and their four kids. He loves reading, wine-making, and taking care of his 6 chickens.
