Daniel brings passion and expertise to empower leaders, teams, and organizations to enrich their communities.    Daniel was the former Vice President of People Strategies at Developmental Pathways overseeing HR, Training and Development, IT, Operations, and Public Affairs. In his 13 years of nonprofit leadership, he specialized in maximizing the impact of social sector organizations by aligning strategy with talent development, culture, and business operations. 

 

As a former executive of a large nonprofit, Daniel is personally familiar with the challenges of managing competing priorities, leading diverse teams, and guiding organizational change. As a result, he can both empathize and guide leaders contending with business pressures.  

 

Daniel is married to his college sweetheart and has a daughter and two sons. He resides in Aurora, CO where he loves reading, writing, and running.
