Brooke Hodnefield shares her 15 year journey of combined experience in human resources, organizational development, missions & coaching through the lense of for-profit, nonprofit and church. Having lived all over the United States, as well as traveled throughout Europe & developing countries, she brings warmth, authenticity and relatability to any interaction she has. She has a keen ability to sense God’s glory in people and within organizations she serves, seeing value where others might not. As an organizing/orderly/orchestrating ‘ninja’ & inspiring motivator she can mobilize people towards a clear path, removing obstacles and barriers for order and clarity to be restored individually and organizationally. Brooke can be found at the intersection of her sweet spot, where her strengths are able to shine at Slingshot Group.

 

A Master Trainer of Younique, Brooke has walked countless individuals through a Gospel-centered life design journey, from purpose discovery to activation. Additionally, she has trained and certified other coaches to multiply the impact.

As a Colorado native and mountain lover, you can find her adventuring, running or drinking countless cups of coffee in countless coffee shops, over conversation. She resides in the heartland, Kansas City, with her husband and their two spirit-filled boys.
